“I started four years ago working the front office in a small orthopedic office. About two years ago, our office merged with another small orthopedic office and purchased a physical therapy office with three locations. Now we have 8 orthopedic doctors, three pa's, two medical locations and three physical therapy locations. It wasn't easy bringing together three totally different offices that were run three different ways, but we did it. There were some rough spots, still are at times, but for the most part we have come together pretty well. I've made new friends, learned new things, and expanded my work experience. It was scary not knowing how things would change, but it all changed for the better and has enabled us to offer our patients better care, which is what it's all about.”- Michelle
