Hi everyone, my name is Liza and I’m an employee at Lydia’s Professional Uniforms. I started this job in April, 2008 while finishing up my last semester in college. After graduating from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations I started working full time for Lydia’s Uniforms.  In the short time that I’ve worked here I feel like I’ve learned an incredible amount of information about the retail industry and, of course, about medical uniforms.

When I’m not working at Lydia’s I love to read (all kinds of books), listen to music (everything from folk to rock), go the beach, ride my bike and spend time outdoors (except for in the winter- then you can find me inside under blankets!). And if you’re a regular reader of the blog, you also know that I love fashion, so of course I love shopping and am currently trying to teach myself to sew, although I might have to give in and take a lesson.

When I am at work, one important aspect of my job is making sure that our blog stays up to date with interesting and informative posts for you, the reader! So if you ever have any suggestions for blog posts or have your own personal writing that you would like to see featured, feel free to send me a message!

So hopefully, through this blog, I can continue to share interesting information, ideas and news about medical uniforms and the healthcare industry with all of you. And don’t forget; I always love to hear your feedback, whether in the form of blog comments or e-mails, so keep it coming!
